1. Is the work area clean and free of dirt, dust oil and garbage?
2. Are cleaning supplies and equipment easly accessible and in their proper locations?
3. IS cleaning made part of the job and is it defined in the S.O.P?
4. Does the level of cleanlinnes meet the expectations for successful 5S performance?
